Gantry Terms of Sale Version 1.0 Copyright (c) 2026 Martin Eriksson ("the Seller"). These terms govern buying Gantry: what a purchase includes and what each side is responsible for. They are not a software license. The software itself — source and binaries alike — is licensed under the PolyForm Internal Use License 1.0.0 (see LICENSE); these terms grant no rights over the software and take none away. WHAT YOU BUY. A Gantry purchase gives you access to the official release artifacts — the signed gantry binaries and the source archive — delivered through your account on gantry.software, plus every update released within one year of your purchase. LICENSE. Everything delivered is licensed under the PolyForm Internal Use License 1.0.0. In short: use it, modify it, build it, and run it for the internal business operations of you and your company; do not distribute it. The license text controls, not this summary. If your licenses under it end (see its Violations section), your access to downloads ends with them. YOUR CODE. Gantry's agents write and modify code in your repositories. You own that output. This agreement grants the Seller no rights in your code, your repositories, or your work product. THIRD-PARTY AGENTS AND COSTS. Gantry drives third-party coding agents and the AI providers behind them (Claude, Codex, and others). These run under your accounts, on your credentials, at your expense, and under their own terms. You are responsible for their output, their usage, and their costs. AUTONOMY. Gantry runs autonomous agents that read, write, run, and commit code without supervision. You are responsible for what you let it access and for what its agents do. The Seller is not liable for their effect on your systems or data. NO WARRANTY. Gantry is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Seller does not warrant that Gantry is error-free or that any build it produces is correct. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business. The Seller's total liability under these terms will not exceed the fees you paid for Gantry in the twelve months before the claim. Questions: info@gantry.software
